For this Big Little Biz feature, we spoke to Susan Sinford , the owner of K-9’s on the move! As our newest HeyFave, we are excited to have them on board and tell our community about this amazing small business!
Can you tell us a little bit about your business’ history?
I started K-9’s on the Move almost seven years ago, when I was attending MJC’s Veterinary Technician program, as a way for me to start working with other people’s dogs and cats. I completed the Vet Tech program in 2018, I began working in the vet field and continued to serve my clients. After four and a half years in the clinic, I left the clinic life and went full time with K-9’s on the Move.
What services do you provide?
We offer Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Doggy Daycare and dog boarding is coming soon!
What is the most important thing to you as a small business owner?
The most important part of my small business is the relationships I have made with my clients and continue to make.
What do you enjoy about being a part of the Turlock community?
The small town feel is what I really like about Turlock. Growing up in San Diego, there was always a hustle and bustle fast past life, Turlock is a nice change of pace. We are excited to be apart of the Turlock community and look forward to serving our four legged friends to lead a healthy and well balanced life.
What do you like about HeyTurlock that drew you to become a HeyFave?
I love that HeyTurlock provides social media campaign help. For me, HeyTurlock will help me with my social media presence.
