Lizzie Volk Yoga

Lizzie loves teaching many styles of yoga including Hatha and Vinyasa. She likes to create a safe place in class for all levels to reach their individual goals.
Her hope is to encourage students to embrace both the mental and physical benefits of yoga and find balance that will carry into their everyday lives.
